Crash Reports

In case of a crash of the ScaiWave service, you are provided with the option to send a report of the crash, and the data collected about it, to us for analysis by ScaiLabs employees. Before sending the crash data you can evaluate it. The crash data are linked to your account and will be retained until your account is deleted or the crash report is deleted by a ScaiLabs employee.

Regarding the personal data in the crash report, we assume that by providing your own personal data to us, you implicitly consent to the processing thereof by us. Regarding the providing by you of third party personal data, we assume that, prior to providing these personal data to us, you have obtained explicit consent to share these data with us for further processing by us.
