Providing feedback

In ScaiWave you can provide us feedback on the AI's response. Your input is invaluable in helping us enhance the quality and accuracy of our AI's answers.

To better understand the AI's performance and improve its responses, we collect the following information:

Your feedback is crucial for detecting any unwanted behavior or inaccuracies in the AI's responses and for retraining the AI to better meet user expectations.[RC1]

The feedback is linked to your account, for as long as your account exists. When your account is deleted, the feedback will be retained until the tenant is deleted or the feedback itself is deleted. 

Regarding the personal data in the chat session, we assume that by providing your own personal data to us, you implicitly consent to the processing thereof by us. Regarding the providing by you of third party personal data, we assume that, prior to providing these personal data to us, you have obtained explicit consent to share these data with us for further processing by us.[RC3] 

 [RC1]Dit is volgens mij niet compleet. Ik dacht namelijk dat we ook de hele chatsessie gingen opslaan. In SW 1.0 was dit nog een optie in 2.0 niet meer.

 [SV2]Ik heb t.b.v. de wiki een stukje over feedback geschreven. Bijkomend is er ook nog in de app het linkje “what do we do with your data”. Wellicht dat we dit en die twee moeten in synch krijgen.
